What is the minimum order?

We have a $100.00 minimum opening order requirement and a $50.00 minimum re-order requirement, but we will work with different stores' needs.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal.

What if I need a specific color ribbon or paper color that you do not have?

We can get any paper color or ribbon, we do require that you purchase 10 notepads using the requested new paper or ribbon, and it may take additional time to add the inventory.

Can you rush jobs?

Yes, we will rush jobs for an additional cost.

Do you gift wrap?

All notepads come in sturdy clear boxes - ready for gift giving.

Do you sell to individuals?

No, we only sell wholesale to businesses.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship all orders via the UPS and FedEx. We will ship to stores or we will drop ship directly to your customers at no extra charge.

Can I design my own notepad, or do I have to use one of your designs?

We offer suggestions and provide examples of notepads which have sold well in the past, but you may design your notepad to say anything you like!
